Great food and even better staff! Loved the brisket, super smoked sausage and mom enjoyed her catfish. Price is perfect especially for a quick lunch! Will be back next time we are in town!

On July 18, 2019, I alone with 6 other friends had lunch at Trifecta BBQ in Frankfort. Although the staff was very friendly and given great service, I cannot say the same about my meal. I had the smoke sausage and the beef brisket combo. The sausage was great but the beef brisket was tough and I could tell it was heated in the microwave. I do want to support our local business, but I also expect good food. If I can also mention if I am paying for a sat down meal, I expect to be given the proper cutlery to eat with. The plastic ware that was given to eat and cut your food, was very cheap. I will come back and I hope that I can give a better review.

Food was full of flavor, juicy, and well done.
