LaRosa's Pizza Dry Ridge

First time visiting this location. The service was great. The place was packed due to it being Mother's day, but we didn't have to wait long. The food tasted great. I tried the lasagna which was tasty, quite hot out of the oven, and delicious. And the garlic toast was large and great tasting too. Overall everything was great.

When it first opened everything was quick and snappy. Now as time has gone by everything seems to have slowed down. There isn't much urgency. I have showed up on time for the last 3 pickup orders I've placed. Not once was the food ready upon arrival.
With the last pickup order, we purposely took our time getting to the restaurant only to find out that they hadn't even put the pizza in the oven yet. We finally received the pizza we ordered nearly 20 minutes past the pickup time we were given.
Maybe they should add 15-20 minutes to the pickup time when placing a call in?

I'm sticking with 3 stars because I love the people and the service, but something isn't right in the kitchen.

Good food, lovely timing but extremely rude staff. The waitresses are very lovely, but they are rather rude! I only keep coming back due to the timely manner and accuracy in my orders.. but I could do without the crude attitudes. Keep up the good work edgewise!
