Spam was medium rare as it should be and sauce caramelized perfectly.
I highly recommend this entrée -

(May 4, 2021, 4:26 pm)This was our second time eating at Sazon. We had the same server. He was just as courteous and efficient as our first visit. Our grand daughter loves the #1 T-bone & fries meal. We will definitely return!
