The Coyote Restaurant

Had a wonderful lunch here after A summer stroll along the river. Our waitress, Courtney, was so awesome! Great personality and suggested the coyote dip to start. You could tell she really did love the food and was so happy that we were going to try it. The restaurant is facing the river and almost easy to miss. There is a large patio with plenty of seating and umbrellas. We were greated with big smiles and guiding arms to be sat right away. Inside they let the windows open and have ceiling fans for a comfortable and authentic feel. We had a couple margaritas on special that were really good. Food was ready quickly and was delicious! The Mexican food tasted like REAL Mexican food ???? Courtney was on top of it with us but not overbearing. We never had to wait for drinks to be replenished, more chips and salsa, or when we are ready to order. They gladly accommodated us with an extra plate to share a meal and we're just so appreciate your having a business. We definitely can't wait to go back to have another happy getaway at The Coyote!

We thoroughly enjoyed our dining choice! Lovely atmosphere, clean environment and wonderful service. The food and margaritas were very good. They were more than accommodating to make any changes in food or drink choices. We have been sharing the word with our friends and family! Best of luck to the new business owners! We have been big fans of Agave’s, and remain so, but everyone should also give Coyotes a try! You will not be disappointed! Kudos to Natalie and staff!

I've been multiple times have great service and food everytime. I rank this better then other establishments in the area.

We had a fantastic lunch there. Delicious food! We had the Mahi Mahi and Shrimp Coyotes. So good and wonderful attentive friendly service. The margaritas were great!
