Waffle House

The staff was very friendly, and the food was cooked perfect.. It was like "grandma used to make". Thank you for a great meal for our Grand Forks, ND crew here for VEX Worlds..

I get a craving now & then for their Ham & Cheese Omelettes. Usually I go to the one on Bardstown Rd. This time the omelette was not near as fluffy as I have come to expect and the ham seemed like it was all from the outside layer, with a hard rind type covering it. The emoyees were nice and waited on us promptly.

Always consistant with order and food taste great. Service also excellent. Go there every Sunday.

I stopped in here for an early morning breakfast with my oldest son, the place was super busy with every table being full and a small line waiting for seating. As our turn arrived there were people behind us waiting. We walked to a table where three people were getting up and we sat before the dishes were cleared but almost immediately our waitress was at your table and taking the used items and cleaning our table. Despite being super busy and rushed our waitress took the time to welcome us and to greet us while being friendly.

I ordered a Fiesta Omelet. Again, despite the crowd and constant calling of orders to the line cook our order was called and shortly our food was brought to our table. The Omelet was light and fluffy, filled with items and more than enough food. I mixed mine with some of their salsa sitting on the table. Our order was completely accurate and delicious.

Waffle House always does a great job and the staff all work behind the counter in unison while staying completely busy. As we finished another group was at our table and repeating the same process. I honestly do not know how the staff stays so focused and cheerful being so busy but the service and food are consistent at every Waffle House across the country.

I've started going to this location fairly regularly. On the weekends, when they're busy, they're pretty good. You may have to wait an extra second for a coffee refill, but the food is hot and fast.

I've gone a few times in the middle of the night and it has never been a good experience, which is why I only gave four stars. Not terrible though to completely taint my opinion of this location, but enough so that I'll go to White Castle instead at 2am.
