Havana Salsa Cuban Cuisine

First time visiting and felt the food was really good and priced accordingly. Atmosphere was very appealing. Would definitely eat there again. Only had one waitress however, she was very attentive to our needs.

For those of you familiar with J-town, they are located where the old Senor Iguanas used to be. They are also changing the name, as of today (Black Friday), to Floridita but same owners.
Food is amazing. Very flavorful and portions are ample. They take great care in the presentation as well, making it look fantastic.
We were blown away! Highly recommend giving them a try.

The "help" has trouble with English, but the food was very good. Tried to call ahead to make a reservation , but got voice mail. When we got there, the place was half full! Staffing didn't appear to be a problem.

Had a wonderful meal! A few guests requested some items not be in their meals, they were present, but it was workable. Think there was a language barrier—not making fun at all. I understand, my parents were from another country. Found it strange that there was no salt/pepper or sweetener on the tables. We weren’t checked on as often as we should have for drink refills—it was a Saturday, so a busy time. Our server was very kind and the food was great. Service just needs a little boost. I would definitely go back to this establishment.

We had a fantastic meal there! The empanadas are better than anywhere else in Louisville. Three of us had the Authentic Cuban, and one had the Kobe Beef Sliders. Our server was very sweet. I’m so excited to have another Cuban choice in the Louisville area! Will definitely return.
