Vinaigrette Salad Kitchen

Food is great and so are the lemonades. I took off 1 star for the price. People are nice. Other than price place is great.

I tried this for the first time and was very pleased with my salad. There's a line/ bar where you stand and order your food and watch them make it. I had a salad, substituted the nuts and added a piece of salmon. The salmon was cold, which surprised me, but it was still tasty. The seating was a bit cramped for me and my friend. Lots of solo people come here for lunch with their laptops and it seemed like a great place for that. It wasn't great for having a conversation as it was loud. The furnishings don't dampen the sound at all so scraping chairs, echoing voices, etc made it difficult for casual conversation. Still the food was so fresh, I would eat there again, but take it to go.

You want a fragrant shop when you walk into you'll love thus one.

Staff was clean and healthy. They washed their hands between each lunch prep.
It felt like farm to shop to salad fresh. It was so yummy. When +I asked for a sample of their pumpkin soup +I was given a full 1/4 bowl. Although too spicy for +me it was creamy and rich .The salads are huge. There is an eat outside option .

Very underwhelming for the price. Another mid ranged quick food option. The roasted chicken was nothing resembling fresh and very dry. None of the ingredients wowed me. The staff stirring in the dressing was nice.

I would have preferred their create your own salad, however there was no clear definition of their options. You had to either look and figure out what was what in their line up, or read their suggested salads and pull random ingredients from them.

Also, the tip option at payment bothered me. I am all for tipping, but tipping for having someone just prepare the food I'm already paying for and no additional services that usually fall under tipping circumstances just seems in poor taste to me.

I won't be going back. If you go I hope your experience is better, the staff was very nice.
