AH-MAZING!!! Everything was absolutely delicious and the service was great! Our waitress was so kind and polite and she recommended the best breakfast/ brunch dishes. I recommend you try their different lattes (we had the snicker doodle). The atmosphere was so relaxed and inviting. You should definitely stop if you're in Louisville!

Located in downtown Louisville, not too far from the river. We all parked on the street so I don’t know how much parking they have. There are 2 rooms inside, with lots of small, clothed tables for 4. It’s an old building with big modern color portraits as art. A little quirky. The menu has something for everyone when it comes to breakfast, lunch, or brunch. There are daily specials too. Oh and fancy coffees like lattes. The star here is the service. Our waiter was incredible. In every way. We were in early and left about noon. She had bacon and pancakes and latte. I had a blt with potato salad and a diet soda. Lunch was around $30 for 2 including tip. Raise a TOAST to our perfect server. The food is really good too.

Such yummy breakfast food and my mimosa was good too ???? Pretty atmosphere. Good place to go for a breakfast date or to take the family.

Edit: I was not a fan of the "eggs & toast" dish as the bread was soggy and the hot sauce tasted like ketchup (I'm one of those weird people who really doesn't like Ketchup). If you like ketchup go for it! And maybe ask for the toast on the side so it doesn't get soggy under all the sauce.

Toast On Market was a nice little breakfast restaurant in need of more staff. As we walked in we were greeted with approximately 20 other patrons waiting to be seated, even though there were 7 open tables. We were told it would be 15 minutes (Okay, No worries, No problems). After standing in the crowded waiting area we were pushed into the dining area where tables were still available. I decided to take a seat at a table while we waited but the host immediately came over and said that I couldn't sit there. For some unknown reason some restaurants would rather inconvenience guests and have them crowd together then seat them at available tables. The other issue we had was that the host called on a couple who were below us on the list. I know they were below us because I had to move out of the way when they came in so they could add their names to the long guest list. Overall the food was good but nothing to rave about. By the way their hash browns are not your typical hash browns, more of a potato salad, but still good.
