Inwave Restaurant and Juice Bar

This is a very good vegan place with a very creative menu. There is very good vegan fare, smoothies, and juices. It reminds me of some of the excellent small vegan restaurants my wife and I found in New York except with a much bigger interior. The interior is inviting and relaxed and generally a good place to focus and study after you've eaten. The staff is friendly, helpful, and well trained. The place has never been very busy when we've visited - I took these pictures a year ago and forgot to post but wanted to help others find a great vegan option.

I'm not Vegan. I'm not vegetarian, but several of my friends are. I went here with one of those friends recently to try a Beyond Burger.

As advertised, if I hadn't known it wasn't meat I wouldn't have been able to tell. It was good. The problem is with the toppings. An odd thing to say, but they skimped on the vegetables. It needed more onions lettuce and pickles, and more of whatever sauce to help with the flavor, texture and especially with the moistness.

The friend I was there with got a burger with guacamole. It was a thin smear he said he couldn't taste, and the lettuce leaf was almost humorously small .

And the fries were disappointing in taste and quantity.

They can easily fix the problems. I hope they do

Food is fresh, health and delicious. Store is clean and the staff is super nice! Will definitely come back often ????

Loved coming here. Came in at a slower time and got to have a really good conversation with the owner and the chef. They really care about their food and how they prepare it. Really vegetarian/vegan friendly! The chef made a really good point that being vegan isn't just leafy greens. If you're on the fence, I highly encourage you to visit. Whatever flavor you like, they'll have a healthy alternative for you.

I'm not vegan or vegetarian nor do I have any allergies so I was a bit skeptical when my friend picked Inwave for dinner last night. The food was amazing! I couldn't believe it was all vegetarian. I was going to play it safe and order the flat bread pizza but the chef convinced me to go with the "country boy burger" and I am so glad he did. I am definitely going back.
