I like dairy queen. They are a good option when dessert is the main focus or I need an amazing, well loved cake that's unique and still a classic. But honestly, this business has gone downhill in quality all across the majority of Louisvulle. The employees they hire are beyond rude even when you're being nice and just trying to order. If you have a special request or a question you better watch out because attitude is going to be coming at you fast like you're rude for making them do their job. They are also constantly out of food, toppings and condiments. Especially with the pretzel sticks and the cheese. This is all especially true for the bardstown rd/ goldsmith lane and Portland area (Louisville) locations. Now I avoid these at all costs. Not to mention they took away the apple hot treat they used to have which was really annoying.

Dairy Queen is fantastic. I love their blizzards especially. If you couldn't tell, I ordered a Blizzard from Dairy Queen, specifically a chocolate extreme. I love chocolate, by the way. I chose to go inside to order it instead of the drive-thru due to the line being too long. The people who took my order were nice and I could feel that the atmosphere around me was a kind, positive one. I get my blizzard and it is fantastic. Dairy Queen seems to never disappoint with their blizzards, although I did rate it inlg 4 out of 5 stars. Here's why. The blizzard was very messy and melting very fast, so I got dirty and so did my car. Of course I had more than enough napkins to get it up, but it wasn't something that I wanted to happen. Besides that, this place is great and I would recommend it.
