The Block Gourmet Deli

This place is run by two of the nicest people you could hope to do business with. Their Chili, Guisado, Tomato Bisque w/ Artichokes, Gumbo, Chicken Noodle, just to same a few, all are consistently delicious. Oh, and try the South Carolina Slaw. Seriously, do it today.

Best deli I've ever been to. Best quality meats and cheeses, especially the Angus ribeye beef. The owners, Brian and Kelly, are friendly and knowledgeable.

The grilled cheese is the best I've ever eaten. Service, even better. The chef is willing to make food for you to fit any dietary restrictions you may have, that's a rare find.

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting this fine deli today for lunch. What a welcoming and fine establishment. Immediately, I was reminded of the old delis you'd find in the country stores "back in the day." The ones where they made a delicious sandwich loaded with meat, toppings and with the hospitality you don't find anymore these days. I encourage you to visit The Block Deli and enjoy some fine food. This store is locally owned and operated by some amazing people. Prices are reasonable and the facility is CLEAN! The staff was friendly and smiled a lot!!! You won't be disappointed if you visit The Block Deli!!!
