Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Service was slow getting started. Finally after about 15 minutes we were told sorry, it was a shift change. As a customer I shouldn't have to be told that. Shift change should be seamless. Our food came out wrong but the server fixed it. The garlic parmesan fries were just greasy and soggy. The burger was good.

A great place for burgers, but you can get chicken, fish, and salads as well. They also offer vegetarian burgers! This is a great place for a family. There usually isn't a wait for a table and the service is usually fast and good.

I got one of the tavern burgers - it was good, but not my favorite, kind of small, but there is an option you can like double your burger. I prob should have done that. My boyfriend got a gourmet burger and his was really good! We added an egg to it - almost 2$ for that which I was surprised by because you can get a 12 pack or eggs for 50 cents or so. Anyways, the server was exceptionally nice and provided great service.
