McDonald's

I love McDonalds food. My husband ordered something new, a mushroom and cheese hamburger with fried onion rings on top. A young woman was working the counter and I think she may have been the manager. She was bright and cheerful and she wanted us to tell her how the new sandwich was. The husband was unimpressed with it. It looked nothing like the photo so he did something he never does. He took it back to the counter and showed it to her. She was extremely apologetic and had the staff put more stuff on it. It was a good experience. Everything else was great.

Fast, friendly. This location is on my way to work, so I stop there frequently to pick up breakfast or dinner. Both morning and evening staff is friendly and welcoming--even on Christmas Eve.

I am fine ordering at the kiosk. However once again the people at the counter want to call out my table number. I thought they were supposed to bring it. Also mcdonalds needs to have an automatic release of a cup at order so it is consistent whether I get a cup ahead or with my order
