My first time eating here. The service was wonderful and so was my food. I have since eaten at a different location but this one was by far the best.
Best Cane's we went to in three states this trip. Friendly, cheerful, patient staff and management. Excellent fresh hot chicken and fries! Clean and quick, too!
Middletown location is fantastic! I can drive through, order, pay, get my food, and get back out on Shelbyville Road while the same song is playing on the stereo! My order is always right, service is friendly, and the chicken is usually so hot I have to wait to eat it. Delicious too. My favorite lunch spot in town!
Hot food. Fast service. Who is better, Canes or Chick Filet? It is a toss up!
The food is great although sometimes, the chicken tenders are very small.
I normally go in the afternoon and there is a young lady there with the most AMAZING personality! She's kind, welcoming, and she makes you want to eat there. You can tell she enjoys her job and even if she doesn't she is there to do her job.
I went tonight and encountered an entirely different group of young ladies who were extremely rude. My order take (or the person who rang me up named Erica J). Not sure if she was Erica J, because she wasn't wearing headphones and she cashed me out, handed my card to another young lady so she could go to the front and start talking (flirting) with some guy.
The young lady that she handed my card off too was equally as somber. I asked for lots of hot sauce, she placed three in the bag. Came to the window, mumbled and rushed me along, "I put your hot sauce in the bag, have a good night", shut window in my face.
I said excuse me, she didn't stop, just shut the window. I waited, she saw me in the window, rolled her eyes, and proceeded to open it. I said, (nicely), "May I please have more hot sauce please"... if looks could kill, I'd be dead. You'd think I was asking her to do something else. She hands me 4 hot sauces, closes the window. I was like, man, people need to lose their attitudes. If you don't want to work there, then don't. I wasn't being rude, which I very well could have been. I won't return. One bad customer service equates to me never wanting to experience that person again because I may not be so nice.
