This place has really good pizzas. I might say it's been a very pleasant surprise finding.
I love their gyro's. It's not a traditional gyro but it works and is really good.
I was a semi- regular customer of this place for years, from even before they changed locations from Rockford Ln.
Then, one day I went in to use the restroom as I had to go bad. I was intercepted by the manager woman, who informed me that I was not allowed to use the restroom there any more. Just like that, with no explanation whatsoever.
Now, you might think from this that I had trashed the place, but no. I actually went out of my way to clean up paper on the floor and whatnot each time I went there, to help the staff who were usually friendly. I tried to leave the place as clean or cleaner than I found it.
I also did not stay in there for hours, or do anything disagreeable whatsoever.
Well, this all happened years ago now, and I haven't set foot in the place since, and I make sure I tell anyone who wants to know, how they treat loyal customers at Annie's Pizza. Which is also why I'm telling you now.
Update: Went there again after years of swearing I wouldn't.
It seems the problems were caused by a troublesome employee who is no longer there.
Much better experience this time.
They are the s#@*t!!! I love Annie's pizza. OMG. This place is like the ONLY place in town that when you say extra cheese you get it and then some. And they don't kill you out with their prices. I pay double the cost just about everywhere else and Annie's food is better. Only thing is that I don't live in the area anymore so I don't get to eat there as much as I used to. You guys need to open up a chain. If you do though please don't sale out and start making everything crazy expensive like every where else, and don't change a think with the way you make your pizzas cause they really are the best in town
I think they're the best pizza chain in Louisville. Their cheese is what really makes the pizza delicious. I wish they had other locations, hopefully they come to the east end one day. Dont miss a chance to try their pizza. You wont regret it.
