Agave & Rye Tequila and Bourbon Hall

Pretty torn wish I could give half scores. Maybe I had hyped this place up a bit too much having seen all of the good reviews or maybe I'm just too picky either could be a possibility. First and foremost let me say the service was really great from the hostess to our server. They were all friendly and welcoming and even brought a sample of the pimento cheese to see if the baby would eat it. But the food was hit or miss. The pimento cheese was good but the tortilla chips we're not. I wasn't sure if they were intentionally more like pita chips but regardless they were way too thick and stale like really chewy stale. The tacos were good. The alderman the steak was super chewy which made it super hard to tear and eat. It would've been better if the pieces were smaller. The short rib egg rolls tasted a bit odd the dipping sauce for them set me on fire super hot so if you like hot stuff go for that. The lone wolf was the shining star though it saved the night.

What a great experience overall! Went in on a Thursday night, it was pretty crowded but we were able to get some seats at the bar. The atmosphere is great. I highly recommend the hot brown sliders, they were delicious! The bartender, Alex, was very friendly and attentive. I will definitely be going back!!

Fantastic food and drinks. The service was perfect as well. Morgan was great and had info on the details of the menu. Great for the help with the menu!! The servings are plentiful and VERY GOOD. You can share, but I doubt you'll want to!. Great place for a filling meal!! Very memorable!! Must try, you'll be back!

It's good not amazing. Arcade room is fun for sure. Tight noisy space however is a downgrade. Also downgrade for using store bought flour tortillas.....so sad. Would be WAY better if used homemade

Wow! Got to go to their soft opening and boy am I glad I did. There's lots of parking behind the restaurant so no worries. And then the show begins with the "Save the bees" mural (check out the crown) visible from Baxter. Once inside the show is on full display. There is really interesting artwork on display pretty much everywhere. Lots of color. Lots of detail.

We didn't get seated right away, thankfully, which allowed us the chance to wander and take much of it in. I would have taken more pictures, but I was looking around.

We started with a margarita and it was outstanding. We had chips and couldn't agree on queso or guacamole, so we had the pick 3. It was the right choice. The salsa, queso, and guacamole were excellent. We had to get a second order of chips so I could finish. And the we got the main course: the Bees Knees taco and the Sesame and Ginger Chicken Burrito; Epic! Really, really good. Everything was fresh, flavors were unique in many ways but also the traditional taste done exceptionally well. I really wanted to eat more, but I wasn't physically able or I would have kept going.

So what about the service? OUTSTANDING!! From check in they were packed so we wandered and ended up getting seated sooner than anticipated. Everything was done right. Folks were friendly, efficient and on time everytime. It was fun!! It doesn't get any better than that.

It is one of the best places to go right now.
