Brendon's Catch 23

Chef Ray Ramirez is one of the best chef's in the country. He knows everything there is to know about ambiance, service, and the finest tastes you have enjoyed, possibly ever. I am so proud to see my friend move waves and tons of fish on the smack dab of Kentucky. Brendon's Catch 23 is one of the greatest experiences I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying. It was even better since my mom was with me.

Dined here with friends, and the food was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very attentive. The restaurant was full, and conversation was a bit difficult due to the noise level of the other guests. Many guests were dressed nicely, I'm thinking people dine here for special occasions. I started with the Corn & Crab Chowder, which was excellent. Main was the Chilean Sea Bass, which was on special & it was delicious, really tasty. I would happily eat here again, you get what you pay for & this food is worth the price. Great experience in Louisville.

Interesting seafood restaurant. The service was what you would expect at this level of restaurant and the menu definitely has something for everyone. This restuarant is a bit more expensive than others but the overall experience that comes with it makes it acceptable. I'd recommend giving it a try even if it's just for appetizers and a drink.

My date and I enjoyed a lovely Friday evening at Brendan's Catch 23, which included an inviting, warm and upscale environment, exceptionally attentive professional service by Miguel and attractively presented and utterly delicious meal. Unable to find menu prices online, I had been concerned the prices might exceed my budget comfort zone, but once there with menu in hand I was pleased to realize the inviting ambiance, exceptional service and delicious meal placed comfortably within my budget. I am pleased Brendan's Catch 23 does justice to the excellence that was Stewart's Dry Goods Store, a business enterprise I enjoyed visiting and shopping during my youth and that originally occupied the space. Kudos to the owners, managers and staff of Brendon's Catch 23 who continue the excellence in service and fine products that was Stewart's legacy.

We decided to go here for our 16th wedding anniversary and it was a great choice! The service by Jaime was professional and prompt. Great personality. We had the king crab appetizer and it was rich and delicious. We took Jaime’s recommendations and they were spot on... crab cakes and scallops. Capped with an excellent bourbon concoction. It’s Louisville you have to drink bourbon! The food service was prompt and everyone was professional and friendly. Beautiful setting just far enough from 4th street live to respect the ambience but close enough to enjoy before and after dinner
