(April 2, 2019, 4:23 pm)I was craving the taste of home, and today I found it at the Caribbean Cafe. So glad we finally have an authentic Haitian restaurant in Louisville. Can't wait to try the whole menu.
Today, I ordered the fish (Red Snapper) made to order. I like my fish fried, but you can also order it stewed in a sauce. It does take time to prepare, so allow enough time or call ahead. -

(March 10, 2019, 9:12 pm)Absolutely amazing and fantastic cuisines. The owners are friendly and the service is great. It will be the best trip you can take to Haiti while still in Kentucky. It is worth Every penny and I always take one to go.
