Me and my husband eat there every week when he takes me to the doctor. I love Chick- Fil-A so much that I could eat there every day if I could. I don't drive due to a car accident I was in. So that is a special treat to me. Who could not
Love their waffle fries. I really like their chicken sandwiches. You need to try it and you will go back.

I swear I love this place. So clean! The staff is always friendly and we got our food within seconds of sitting down at the table.

Ok, yes they did mess our order up twice but, Connie came to our table and made sure our second food was right. It wasn't so she fixed it and gave us coupons on top of it. Thank you so much... we was super happy.

For me this review is simple. Aside from politics with my food which is always disgusting no matter whether I support it or not the lines are really long and slow, especially off Dixie highway. The food is good but not great and it is pricey. It is supposed to be convenient and nothing about this place is. Even the store is completely closed on Sunday. It's fast food. Not church. Or a liquor store. They constantly park you if you order a milk shake with your meal or every other time even if you don't. The prices are higher than they should be and I personally think they use their political and religious views to drum up customers and that's pretty sleazy if you ask me even if I am a Christian. But even if I wasn't I would feel pretty alienated like I wasn't welcome since that's how theyve pretty much ran their business.
The three stars is for the clean business and the smiling faces and the many locations in Louisville but once you actually pull in and get to ordering its nothing but a hassle.

I just left this location a few minutes ago and got my breakfast here. I just want to say that the people working the drive-thru right now are amazing! So nice and the guy at the window talked to me while I was waiting for my food as if he was a friend or mine. I’ve only had positive experiences at this location but this is the best experience I’ve had so far. Wish I would’ve gotten the guy’s name, but thank you to all the staff for a wonderful morning already!
