Daddy Vic's Soul Food

I’ve visited today Tuesday, January 5, 2021. Everyone in the establishment was very friendly and polite I really appreciated that. I placed a take out order of fried white fish macaroni and cheese and green beans for myself and for my son I got the chicken dinner with green beans. The food was very good full of flavor the macaroni and cheese was cheesy and creamy. The reason for the four stars instead of five is that the fish is not fried fresh it’s under a warmer I think it would’ve been better hot. I will be back.

First time getting food to go after hearing good reviews and I was NOT disappointed. Sunday special was a meat and two sides, I had the pot roast, greens and sweet potatoes, added some peach cobbler for desert and was definitely ready for a nap afterwards. This place has a nice little down home feel, cafeteria style line. Covid makes it hard for us to get together with family on Sunday afternoons like we used too but at least I don’t have to miss out on a meal now!
