The service here is always so fast and friendly. I get the same sandwich every time I go because, even though I'm positive everything else on the menu is just as good, the beef and cheddar brisket is like tasting heaven. I've never had a bad experience here, and the food has always been exactly as ordered and sooooooo delicious! They also offer a rewards program for returning customers!

Today is my mother's birthday had to take her out to firehouse Subs so she can enjoy herself she got exactly everything that she wanted with no issues whatsoever. The only thing that needs to go off the menu is the nasty mustard that they use. It is very disgusting and taste old but other than that I still give it 5 stars every once in a while you will run into a disgruntled customer because they are awaiting for a long time. We did not have to wait at all everything was super fast and accurate it is my 3rd time being there. The female sandwich master was amazing I end up giving her a tip because she did exactly what I wanted and did not mess up whatsoever my bacon Very Crispy and my sandwich was hot

Ordered online...I ordered a small brisket sandwich thinking it would be slightly smaller than medium. I paid $5.79 for small (about $1 less than a medium) and the sandwich is literally about 3 inches!!! Do Not Order a Small. Very disappointing. I finished lunch hungry and disappointed. :( website should state the actual size of sandwiches. Sand which tasted good, I just wish I had known it would be so TINY! wasted my money!
