It isn't often you get to enjoy a nice meal while having a nice conversation with the owner of a business. It was so awesome meeting one of the owners!! My dad and I split lemon garlic fried chicken fries with extra sauce, bacon and hot peppers. Was fantastic. We will be returning.

The second location of the latest concept from the team that brought you Six Forks Burgers, Pollo A Gourmet Chicken Joint, and Addison's Treat Shop ..... and it's just as wonderful as all those others. Fry Daddy's takes the idea of "loaded fries" to a whole other level -- both literally and metaphorically.

I was initially concerned about french fries surviving these layers of toppings and sauces, but these are not your standard-issue skinny fries. They're a little bit thicker (but not steak-fry thick), with deep grooves to hold the sauce. Not only do they not get soggy, but they even hold up for both the drive home and the reheating the next day (or, if you can't control yourself to wait for the reheating, they're even fabulous cold. Like when have you had fries that are good cold?!?!? But these totally are!)

And, speaking of leftovers, you'll definitely have some. A serving is plenty for two people to easily eat their fill of, with some extra to take home for a midnight snack later.

And that's not even mentioning the other options. The wings are the same great wings I love from Pollo, and the bacon gouda mac bites?!?!? *drool*
