(March 31, 2021, 12:09 pm)You know those Hawaiian Shave Ice places that popped up several years ago? Gorilla Bob's is in what was one of those. Now painted very purple, they're serving large sandwiches and large orders of fries.
So far I've had the meatball and cuban sandwiches, both good, both big enough that I had to take a breather before I could finish the second half. The sandwiches fill an entire meal-sized styrofoam or aluminum to-go box which is accompanied by a second to-go box just for the fries. The fries are the coated kind which gives them an interesting texture.
The food is good, and the prices are good. And the people running it seem nice too.
