Food was amazing, i got a bucket of chicken with some sides. The employees are very nice to.

This is a brand new location the design and the building looks very nice the food so far is very tasty and it was fresh compared to the other KFC in the area this one was five star I am hoping the management does not allow this one to fall to the ranks of the other KFC's in the area I have been very disappointed with the quality of food and service at the KFC in the area. If you guys can stay at the level you are at right now I will continue coming to this location. Thank you for the best service I have had so far in Louisville Kentucky

Great service. Wonderful food. Not a KFC eater but would defenitly eat at thosone again. Great job cook.

Food was good as usual, but I was disappointed to learn that this location no longer has grilled or extra crispy chicken. Original version only. But I love the new fries instead of wedges. And it's still KFC; all good.

The flagship store looks phenomenal. The menu is slightly different than your typical KFC, so do not come here expecting to see the same offerings. Unfortunately, the staff still has some room to improve when it comes to training and service - they forgot my sauce and my drink for a carry out order. However, it is run much better than the previous KFC in the area and the food was delicious.
