    The staff is so nice! Greeted by Devin and she was as sweet as the “sweet grace” and maple pepper bacon! I’ve gone 4 times and I plan on making it my Sunday breakfast spot! The atmosphere is perfect for the highlands! They are like a warm welcome home. Highly highly recommend maple street!

    This place is seriously amazing. While I wasn’t helped when I immediately walked in the door because the house was short staffed, the service was second to none and worth the wait. The food is also great and I ordered the goat with scrambled eggs. I see why this place was featured on Food Network and I definitely would come back again next time I’m in Louisville.

    Maple Street Biscuit is breakfast on another level! The inside is very inviting and bright. Very spacious. They have the best shrimp and grits I've ever tasted(and I've tasted a lot). Joshua and staff have great energy. Great opening day experience!

    All around outstanding!
    Hospitality, quality, and comfort.

    My wife and I waited outside on opening day (1.26.2021) in Louisville to enjoy the food and community of Maple Street that we experienced months ago in Chattanooga. We even joined folks we met that morning for breakfast!

    Maple Street greatly accomplishes their goal of fostering community through their environment, quality (and delicious!) food, and most of all their kind and authentic hospitality.

    I highly recommend choosing Maple Street for any occasion, whether a simple lunch, coffee date, or group meetings.
