Merle's Whiskey Kitchen

They had live music and a cool Nashville type vibe. restaurant/bar only opened on Thursday, no live music and sparse, quiet crowd. However, the honky tonk tea still awesome and the half fried chicken was good (could have been better served hotter). Had that with the mac and cheese which was very good also.

November and we sat on the patio watching the world go by and had wonderful drinks, food and service. The cornbread, mac and cheese and chicken were so good. My drink was an old fashion and they did a top-notch job [not the norm]. Jillian was a perfect server, allowing us to take our time and enjoy the night. Jillian sat we up and I went back to the hotel happily swing more drinks in a plastic bag. Thanks to all at Merle's.

This is awesome awesome place to eat, kid friendly and they have a patio to eat out on during the summer. They have GREAT customer service, and are very friendly.. They have live music on certain days, and the food is amazing!!! If you’re in the area you should definitely stop by and eat at Merle’s Whiskey Kitchen and try the cornbread!!!

This place was so great! We sat on the patio and ordered draft beer after the waitress went over the choices with us. The vegan menu was incredibly and the deep fried avocado with their honey sauce was different and delicious!

The Kentucky Fried Avocado taco is out this world! We ordered thru DoorDash and we’re not disappointed. The taste and appearance of the food was top notch, everyone knows carry-out/ delivery food doesn’t always look as good as in-person food. The flat iron steak and fried fish tacos are going on the reorder list along with the avocado taco. The fried chicken sandwich was juicy and one of the best as rated by a 13 y.o. I don’t ever leave reviews but Merle’s deserves one. This is a great restaurant, looking forward to our dine in experience!
