Open Caribbean Kitchen

This was my first time trying this place. The food was really good along with the portions. My only issue was that I placed an online order, and it wasn't ready when I arrived to pick it up because something wasn't working properly within their system. It didn't take long for them to prepare my order though. I know this is a new place, and I will give it another chance.

Im going to try everything on the menu, some orders so Fresh you gotta call ahead 1st. I'm talking fresh food none of that yesterday sitting under the lamp B.S. ...

I'll start by saying that the food is absolutely delicious. Open Caribbean Kitchen is surely a gem of a restaurant. The rib tips pictured were so tender, juicy and flavorful that i got goosebumps. The vegetables were seasoned perfectly. The rice with the sauce was great. And the mac n' cheese was top notch. The only reason I don't give this place 5 stars is the wait time. I understand great things take time, but taking nearly an hour to get my food seems a bit excessive. I'll definitely be back though, i just need to make sure i dont have anywhere to be.

Amazing and delicious food all around every single time that I've been there, large portion of food, I have never even seeing any one finish eating all of there food in one sitting, truly delicious food, makes my mouth watery just thinking about the food. Side note there's usually wait 10 to 15 minutes it's definitely worth it hands down. I ask the owner why, his direct response with out a hesitation ("I cannot sacrifice quality for quantity") ("therefore the food made as the orders tickets hit the counter, so every customer get there food, 100% fresh from the oven to there plates"). That is amazing and therefore I do mind waiting for my amazing food. Customer service treat you like a VIP make you want to dance and party, very nice and entertaining. I truly and highly recommend this place to anyone and every one 10,000% P.S My favorite Rasta pasta.
