I’m floored! These recipes are just next level. So good. The fish tacos were excellent and the cream corn that came with it was UNREAL. Reminiscent of lobster mac & cheese-level richness and creaminess but somehow from a street corn. Stole a bunch of my wife’s BBQ nachos which made a killer entree (half portion was sufficient for her as a meal). Not to mention a cozy, modern vibe oozing with flair. Buffalo Trace old fashion was great too! WOW.

Above and beyond what you would expect from a “hotel restaurant.”

For an appetizer we had the hush puppies. Their imagining of a hush puppy was unlike anything I have ever tasted. When you grow up eating dried fried dough disguised as a hush puppy like me and thinking that is good, you have another thing coming when you try these. Crab meat you could actually taste and see, and so very moist. I would highly recommend these for a starter.

I can’t say enough about the food. I had the fried chicken (which was close to half of a chicken) with mashed potatoes, and my wife had the turkey meatloaf, with a slice that was the size of a brick. Both are very common foods, but here they are elevated to a point your grandmother would be ashamed to serve her food beside it.

And a very big thank you to our server Lauren. She was engaging and helpful with suggestions and great service.

This is a great place for a quick drink with their decent bourbon selection, or a relaxing 2 hour dinner.

Porch kitchen it's one of the choice for breakfast in Louisville. Porch kitchen is a busy, upscale restaurant with a large, elegant dining room but comfortable and friendly services. One of the best waffle fried chicken I have tried. Perfect saltiness from chicken seasoning sweet and robust from bourbon syrup make this dish incredible. I also ordered melon berry cooler, so refreshing.

Very cool atmosphere. Interesting southern inspired food options. Service is excellent! Kacie was awesome! All the staff was attentive and super kind. The vibe is very elevated while still feeling laid back and cozy. Great choice for a date night or dinner with friends. We had a great dinner here. Will have to come back for breakfast/lunch sometime soon!

My husband and I ate at the Porch 3 times while we were staying at the Marriott it's connected to. The service was outstanding each time.

The first time, we went for happy hour and THE DRINKS AND APPS WERE HALF OFF. If it is between 5 and 6 and you are reading this, get down there!

The pork nachos were great and huge. The hummus was good. The crab hush puppies were good too. Great deals at half off.

We ate The American breakfast the next two times. The strawberry jam, eggs, and potatoes were all great!

**Also got the mac n cheese for late night room service. It was good!
