    I come here all the time. The staff is fast and friendly. The food is always hot and delicious. This is my go-to Rallys in Louisville.

    The manager is so nice. When I wasn't very happy with the sauce on my sandwich. She was very happy to remake it for me. I've worked in customer service a long time. Its nice to see someone so eager to help.

    Not bad. The staff are mostly nice, the food not so much.

    A good place to go for fast food at a low price. The service at this location is usually pretty fast at night.
