    Food was cold and you could tell the kitchen didn't care. Server took several minutes to greet us, and when they did,the only time we saw them was the first drink drop off. Manager redeemed the visit, but claimed it was due to shift switch (it was past 6pm mind you). I do appreciate the attentiveness of the manager after our complaint.

    A great place to eat as one or a group. The burgers are fantastic and the atmosphere is laid-back. You can get just about any burger you can think of. Oh, and don't forget the bottom less fries.

    Love this place. Excellent food and service. This is not a place to get alcohol. I would stick with drinking the soda. I would definitely recommend someone to visit.

    We have visited 2 locations. Loved Brownsboro. Disliked St. Matthews Mall due to young, inexperienced staff.

    The good news is the food was consistent and the fish and chips was the best in the city.

    Careful of those video games (small devices at each table). You can rack up additional charges.
