Sinclair Smoked Salmon

This is the most amazing smoked salmon! I served an entire side to a wine group and every one of them absolutely loved it. One person normally doesn’t even like smoked salmon and she came back for more. The texture was perfect and the fish was so moist. The smoke flavor was just enough to not overpower the salmon. I only wish there were more stars I could give because it is the best smoked salmon I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be back.

Heck yes, this stuff is amazing.
A friend gave me some to try and let’s just say I’ll definitely be making a trip to the shop to buy some.
It really needs no accompaniment, but I also enjoyed it on rye toast with a little feta.
What I mean is, get you some of this, you will not be disappointed!

Really unique and unlike any salmon I’ve had before. Rich savory hickory upfront and a slight sweetness making you come back for more. Big fan.

Superb salmon! That's from a household previously with East coast saltwater at the backdoor. It was a "hit" from the moment I brought it in the door (the persnickety Siamese cat was "on it" immediately & gave his approval). Hardwood hickory smoke flavor was well balanced against the beautifully flaky, moist Scottish salmon. I'll definitely be back, invite friends, keep it a secret until dessert ... they'll be flocking to the Sinclair's door! If you're a fish aficionado, get yourself to The Loop ... it's a great food business addition.
