Fantastic addition to the neighborhood. You can't go wrong with the cheeseburger, herb fries, and a jar full of Kool aid (discounted refills if you bring the jar back next visit). But there's a lot of topping options, specialty sandwiches, and sides from which to choose. I've been well fed every time.

Amazing little burger joint. Got a delicious spicy burger with fresh jalapenos. Burger, bun, cheese, and sauce all worked great together. Fries were even better; spiced with an herb, garlic, and salt blend, and hot and crunchy without burning my mouth. Washed it down with a local ginger ale in a green glass bottle (you know the one)

Service was quick on a less busy evening. Staff was friendly. Good prices. All around class act from the crew that run the Pollo food truck.

What a fantastic burger place! Amazing, hearty and fresh. The burger is a make your own and the flavor was outstanding. The toppings are fresh and crisp. The single cheese burger was huge and exceptionally reasonable price wise. I cannot wait to return to try their dogs and see how they check out. If they are anything like the burger this place is a keeper and will soon be jam packed everyday of the week. The Koolaid special on Tuesday is even more awesome... Probably why I am on the ultimate sugar rush. I will be going back so you should join me for a tall Mason jar of tropical punch and a tasty burger to go with. Promise you will not be disappointed!
