Smashburger | Delivery & Takeout Available

Cute little restaurant with amazing staff. Came here on an uber delivery and the food was ready to go when I got there. The staff was friendly and very professional. Will definitely come here again for myself. Best of all, they deliver with Uber.

The employees were nice and the food was good. However, it was a 30 minute wait from the time we walked in the door until our 'to go' order was ready. We waited for our order at a table that the gentleman that was waiting several orders before us had vacated. He said he cleaned the table himself. The picture would support what he said. Maybe they were slammed because of the UL game that was a few hours earlier at the Yum Center. Maybe someone called in. I don't know.

I like the burgers and fries, but every time I go I have to repeat my order the cashiers over and over and over! If they get kiosks for ordering, I’m more likely to go back.

As I read other reviews, I see that I’m not alone in this experience. You can have the best food, but if you know have good people working at a restaurant you don’t want to go back. Since they are near the convention center, the should have a lot of one time business. You might be more tolerance and patience that me.

Delicious. Was missing 2 fries to kids meals when we got back to hotel. But fed a family of 8 for $60 and it was delicious and full bellies. Definitely will come again.

If you are looking for an EXTREMELY good old fashioned "ghetto" burger (thick and juicy), then look no further! A variety of toppings, one of the BEST sweet teas in Louisville, and a friendly staff is what you get. They are "Smashing" the competition (pun intended lol). You will not be disappointed.
