SOU!

Went for brunch, and it was phenomenal! Pineapple mimosas are on point, every food item was delicious, but the waffle stole the show. I know you're thinking, dude it's just a waffle...but just trust me on this one. Hands-down the best waffle I have ever had...EVER! I will be returning soon to give the dinner menu a try, but I'll probably go back for brunch again before that. Sou! is already one of my favorite places, and I highly recommend you try it for yourself.

Terrific and delicious. Flavor combinations and composition of each dish was excellent. All locally sourced and made in-house. Traditional concepts with a modern twist. Hanger Steak and Pork chop entrees are very good, the chicken and waffles plate was so good. I save some room for desert, those are all made in-house or course and absolutely divine.

Best meal I've had in a year, this Chef has skills. I had the Hangar steak w/ umami fries and citrus salad, every bite was delectable. My fiance had the burger w/ pimento spread and bacon jam, she said it was the best burger in town, I agreed.
Service was impeccable, bartender even gave me a hint on making a better Manhattan. We will most definitely be back soon and often, can't wait to try other dishes.

You have to visit SOU. Terrific place to visit. I really recommend the grilled cauliflower and the chicken and waffles. You will not be disappointed. An a the cocktails are great, especially the hopped basil gimlet. In addition, you can't ask for better service. The owner is fantastic and super friendly and will make sure you have a perfect meal. It's a new restaurant worthy of a stop. Highly recommend. And ask for Grant, an awesome bartender

Some friends brought us here last night. Truly phenomenal experience all the way through. I cannot say enough great things about the food, open kitchen concept, the chef owner and entire staff. Go go go and you won’t be disappointed. You may only wish you found it before everyone else does. Bourbon bacon cocktail is unbelievable.
