Square Cut

Everything was delicious! The drinks, the food, all of it! The vibe was super cute & it smelled amazing as soon as we walked in. Staff was friendly & prompt! I can’t wait to come back & try a different pizza. A great addition!
Edit: we’ve been back multiple times, every time it is absolutely incredible. So delicious. Today we got brunch, OH MY GOD. 🤤you are missing out by not eating here. The breakfast pizza… *chefs kiss*

This is the place to go if you want to expand your culinary horizons. I would put the chef here up against any Michelin star chef anywhere. However, if you are looking for huge portions at cheap prices, please go to Come Back Inn.

Good, but over priced. If dinner for two had come in under $100 I would give them four stars. I liked the pizza, but it was more interesting than good. The pasta and the beef tartare were good, but not great.

We love Square Cut - the service is always so friendly and attentive, the drinks and ambiance are great, the pizza is different and delicious. It’s one of the few restaurants in Louisville with innovative vegetable-focused dishes on its menu. Highly recommend the cauliflower entree!

Finally able to try out Square Cut Pizza for the first time last night and couldn't have been more pleased! The atmosphere is unique and inviting. All of the staff were very welcoming and had great menu recommendations! Chef Emil was so kind and generous.
The true star was the food. Everything was beautifully presented and so delicious. The cod was one of the best dishes I have had. Charcuterie was amazing. And the blackened carrots were incredible. Would highly recommend trying out Square Cut Pizza!!!
