Caramel Ribbon Crunch frappucino with soy milk for us lactose intolerant people. It was devine and never disappoints!!!!

The employees here are a magnificent team. I am visiting from Seattle and live for Starbucks in the a.m. This coffee experience has been far above satisfactory. They are VERY welcoming and learned my name by day 3. I have a standard order that they were able to anticipate by day 3 of ordering here. They have gotten my order wrong exactly once in 11 days, which speaks greatly to their customer service - that is top notch! I can only say thank you for taking such great care of me!

Someone cut the drive through line in the most blatant way around 9:10am today. Typically I’m cool, but the line is a solid 20 min wait in the morning and this person showed no respect for those of us who patiently waited up to that point. The Starbucks team took care of my order and apologized that it happened. I was hoping the line cutter would get served some justice for being so selfish, but Starbucks team found a way to relate to my situation and still serve the line cutter.

The staff are good people. Thank you for your generosity and for working during this challenging time. I didn’t get the chance to say thanks in person cause you guys are slammed. Thank you.

We don't go to Starbucks a lot, but when we go I always get my white chocolate mocha, it is fantastic!

The banana selection was mediocre. Not my first stop for bananas. ?? out of ???.
