Starbucks

We waited an incredibly long time for our drinks. I'm talking over 20 minutes. The store was very clean. My egg bites were delicious. My white mocha peppermint latte, wasn't that great. But it's fairly new so I'll be back to give a 2nd opinion

People really take, “Don’t talk to me before my coffee” a little too seriously. It’s not a personality trait, and if having to practice patience while waiting for coffee brings you so much irritation, please, PLEASE seek therapy (and maybe make your coffee at home?). Shout out to the Starbucks team for handling rude customers with grace. People should be more understanding of peak hours and considerate of the workers who are providing a service for them.

Great new store with employees who are trying their very best to learn new skills and function effectively in a new environment. This is a high traffic area so this location was destined to become one of the busiest in Louisville. Half the staff is new and still learning. It is unfortunate that many people who have posted reviews here seem incapable of understanding that context. Patience and kindness as the hard working staff learns the ropes is probably much appreciated. This location is gradually getting better and folks in the fern creek area need to recognize that before they become irate over a cup of coffee. Keep up the good work guys! Happy to have you!

Brand new Starbucks location. Tastefully decorated and spacious interior. Ambient lighting, leather back seating. A little slower service than established locations, but I'm sure it will speed up with time. Fills a much needed coffee void in Fern Creek area.

Update: visited 10/15 and was disappointed to see the restrooms were trashed by 12 noon. One had no toilet paper, the other had urine all over the floor and the hook on the back of the door was already broken off.

I get it, staff is busy...but restroom checks should be a part of the rotation to keep the BRAND NEW place clean. I want to make this location a part of my rotation, but I may think twice if I have time to visit elsewhere.
