TGI Fridays

I sat at the bar on a Friday night a few weeks back, and was ignored for the better part of 20 minutes before finally being asked what I would like to drink. They had a lot of young children in the building due to an event going on in town but overall it was not very busy. I can understand some delays, but I can't understand why I was not even acknowledged at all with a "Hello" or "I'll be with you in a few minutes" or something like that. Later on they finally brought out my order incorrect. I ordered wings with sauce on the side and they brought them out soaked in the sauce. They did quickly remake my order, but at that point the experience was already a disappointing one so I asked for a to-go box & carried my food across the street to Gordon Biersch to finish eating there. The atmosphere at Friday's was a good one though, I really loved the ceiling design.

It may always be Friday, but they seem to always have two left feet. First, they do have easy access for handicapped people.the front door may still be a little stiff for some people to open as it does not have automatic openers. I ordered online to go and went to the bar as that's where I always pick up.after a minute or two, and employees showed and told me to go to the back with no other explanation.I found the window in back that I was supposed to go to a waited there for another couple of minutes until someone asked if I had a to-go order. I gave him my name and he disappeared into the kitchen. Another employee came from the kitchen and told me to go wait up front. It was just Mass confusion left hand not knowing what the right hand was doing.

Really good food, nice location in downtown Louisville, and a clean restaurant. While our waitress was really nice, the service left something to be desired. She only visited our table a few times and left a long time between those visits.

We came here to eat after a long day and was very satisfied! Sammy, our waitress was very attentive and helpful. The food was cooked to perfection. My chicken was cooked so good that I could cut it with a fork and it was tender and juicy. This was by far our best meal while we were here in Louisville. We will be back when we are in town!

TGI Fridays is my Go To spot for drinks! I loveee to drink????and they have a nice selection to choose from as far as mixed drinks! The food isn’t bad either. I gave them three stars b/c their customer service could be better. Also, I feel like the bathroom is never 100% clean and that’s a issue with me. Soon as they get those two problems together I won’t mind giving them five ⭐️...Also as far as specials and advertisements go this TGI in particular doesn’t participate and I don’t know why ????????????‍♀️
