(May 22, 2019, 10:43 am)I gave this three stars because the customer service was good. I will say when you mop the floors at least pick up the mat and mop under it. There was black sludge underneath the mat in front of the drink machine. The drink machine was dirty as well as other parts of the restaurant.

(March 10, 2019, 9:22 pm)Friendly service at 2 am, but very long wait (inside) for two sandwiches. Crab cake and impossible burger are both very good. (Apparently the impossible takes a little longer :) )

(March 5, 2019, 3:26 am)It's what you expect from a White Castle. Very, very slow. The lines are always massive. Going inside does not get you faster service. They will serve a dozen people in the drive through before fixing your order. They are semi-friendly, but you can tell they aren't really trying. It's a place I go only when the others in the car out-vote me. From what they've told me the food is decent. I wish they had some gluten free options, but even the fries use a fryer shared with breaded items.
