“One of my top locations for quality Cuban food. Quick and friendly service. The place has an awesome atmosphere. Ambience reminds me of Colorado Springs area.”

“Though I cannot imagine that the corporate suits back in Canton, Ma love the have to be dismal numbers... this location has become somewhat of a sanctuary for me. The quiet Is nice for me to get my writing done and the top notch service that young Nathan provided for me was the Pinnacle of customer service. I couldn't have asked for a nicer more well put together team in that place. They certainly know how to make a stranger feel at home. I will return here often for just this reason if nothing else.”

“My wife and I moved out here from California so we were SO relieved to have found this place. Best Mexican food we've found in Kentucky for sure. 100% recommend the asada and the carnitas ????”

“It was my first ever visit to a Panera bread restaurant. My experience was great. It was super clean and the staff was so nice to me. I will return there. I enjoy spending my money were I'm treated kindly.”

“Love krispy Kreme but alot of times donuts aren't fresh here so best to get there early if you want them fresh...”

“The food at Panera is generally great overall. However the problem with this location is they always seem to be out of things. If you plan on eating here in the morning to mid day you should be fine, but I wouldn't go to this location in the evening. I think they have many of their supplies brought in from other locations, so it makes sense they would run out. I also wouldn't trust the online ordering system to see if they are out of a particular item. Recently it their website showed they were out of every bagel at 7 am. I called the store to see if this was actually the case and was informed they had to refresh their system. Easy enough to do, but if I hadn't called I would have placed an order at another location. If it doesn't appear to make sense they would be out of something, I would call.”

“The servers are friendly, they just don’t really have their stuff together. The sweetie that makes the drinks and greets everyone lives in la-la-land while her team does damage control around her. They just need better management, someone who can help them train and organize a little better. The cashier could have been at least a little more knowledgeable and helpful. I asked her about a new drink and she said she doesn’t know anything about it because she hates coffee. ???? I mean I applaud her for the honesty but she could have at least tried to make up something or ask another worker who had tried the drink. I used to work at a Starbucks and we always tried our best to train all the staff and have them taste the new and old drinks, even if they didn’t like coffee. It’s part of the job to at least be able to describe the flavors to customers. Corporate, come help these people!”

“On this visit to Krispy Kreme the cashier was very friendly and helpful. They gladly accepted a coupon I had, which made the price quite reasonable. The store was neat and clean inside and out.”

“I ordered the turkey chili which was very good and a half Italian sandwich and stayed with the french baguette. The sandwich was good but then they had to go and toast it. And toast to long is what they did. It was so hard I couldn't bite into it. Had to discard the bread and eat the remainders. For what I ended up with to eat was about $3.00 worth of lunch not an $11.00 hole in my pocket.”

“This location is clean and bright. It's easy to find and get in and out of. A good amount of parking and all handicap accessible.”

“Love the munchkins aka donut holes. Perfect for any occasion. Work or play. Their breakfast sandwiches are very good also. Coffee and iced coffee drinks are good too. This is a clean store and the people that work here have always been super friendly. Even during the early morning hours. Family friendly. Prices are decent and you get fresh food. No stale or old stuff here. It’s a good thing I don’t live closer. If only they could invent donuts that are 0 calories. Then, I would go more often. LoL.”

“My burger was delicious, but the fries were old and the decor was outdated. Food took about 40 minutes to come out and refills were my timely. The restaurant was steady but not packed. A friend ordered chocolate chip pancakes, but they came out plain and when the server realized it she brought them back to the kitchen. But instead of making new correct pancakes they came out with the same ones with a pile of chocolate chips on there. Decent lunch, and maybe just an off day, but I probably wouldn’t choose it again.”

“Mobile ordered to this store one night thinking they closed at one time, got there to find out that my phone was incorrect and it was actually earlier. I fell super guilty for being that last minute customer but they were super nice about it! All smiles despite what was a kinda awkward situation (I work customer service and miscommunications like that can be really difficult sometimes). I appreciate their understanding and excellent service and will definitely be back (after making sure I know the correct hours haha)”

“Everybody has a bad day, but yesterday I ordered online and it took quite a bit longer than it said, making it worse was that the order tracker still said they were preparing the food well after it had already been delivered. I went back today because hey, I love Panera, and I didn't get the cream cheese with my bagel (despite it being on the receipt) and the Fuji Apple salad that I got in the morning for lunch later that day came with Caesar salad dressing. Both of these discoveries came after I was already at work for the day. Moral of the story...check your bag before you leave.”

“OK at best. We ordered to go and they forgot my chips. They weren't that busy so the lack of attention to detail was surprising.”

“Great atmosphere, ice cream was delicious, and the service was fast! Wasn't as cold as expected in the room, which was additionally nice. Will definitely be going there again soon to get more ice cream! I loved the variety and that the menu had what each ingredient was in the signature ones as well.”

“One of the nicest and most welcoming restaurant. I’ve never felt so welcomed and warm by a store as much as I did with Rawnaissance. The desserts are a little pricey but they are completely worth it. I’m not a fan of vegan desserts but I could not tell a difference from them to dairy based products! Please try one of their desserts at least once in your life! You won’t regret it!!”

“I met a friend here and it was a very nice and relaxing place to catch up with her. The atmosphere was very laid back and airy. It was not too loud or crowded. We found a perfect little corner table for the two of us to hang out. The coffee is excellent as well.”

“Quick and Good bite. It's a typical Panera restaurant. There is always kind and fast service that delivers quality meals! I would recommend this location”

“It's a big-city restauranteur back home; not the easiest place to find, but as the local neighborhood folks will tell you, it is delicious Northern Italian food and wine. If you like artichoke hearts be sure to try the appetizer - plenty for sharing! And the menu descriptions are worth browsing . . .”

“Food was good, but the help wasn't as friendly as could be. Maybe cause there was a bunch of screaming kids for a party I'm guessing.”

“Pretty good donuts, not quite the selection they advertise on the app. And whoever the lady was that was working at the counter did not seem like she was in a hurry to help or that she even wanted to be there. Total lack of care. But good donuts!”

“It's a decent bagel chain, bit I would never comparebit to a New York deli/bakery/bagel shop. They used to have a good brisket bagel, but they no longer offer it, more than likely because it was that good. There pastrami is the next best thing. Other than that, there's not much to say for this place.”

“This is definitely for those that appreciate some gosh darn good coffee! I appreciated the cozy coffee shop feel upon entering. If you proceed towards the back they have a additional area for seating and hanging out. I could see a study group coming here or maybe even a tutoring session. They even have an adorable small table for little gremlins that tag along. Overall, a very laid back feel. I will definitely be back. I had no complaints whatsoever on the service. (If I remembered the drink I ordered, I'd mention it... I loved it though!)”

“Very good donuts if you like light and fluffy donuts. Glazed donuts are extra glazed and sweet. We ordered the fritter (see below), a frosted strawberry yeast, and some donut holes. The strawberry and donut holes were light and sweet, and the strawberry tasted real and not fake. The shop is small but the owner was very nice and very friendly. I definitely felt good about buying here. For those who like fritters, this one is slightly above average. It is light and flaky, similar to their donuts, but not too sweet. The apple flavor was underwhelming. The price was average.”

“I live in NYC and try to visit whenever I’m in town. The space is warm and the staff are always inviting. The baguette is well crafted, having a crisp eggshell crust, interior having a variety of smaller and larger air pockets. The menu offers variety and is well made. Items are fresh and consistent. The addition of the “toast” with jam, a classic French staple is perhaps the simplest entry but the most satisfying for anyone who loves Paris. Overall a great option, that never fails.”
