“I have to say I like Cane's when the chicken is cooked fresh and served right out. However I really feel the place is a little pricey for what you get and being a fast food type restaurant. So if you don't mind paying about 25-30% more than you should the food is pretty decent as long as it hot and served right to you. Not so much if it been sitting 10 - 15 minutes.”

“This business is pretty consistent. I've been to Cane's all around the Louisville, KY area. I am very picky and will not go to certain restaurants because of poor service and/or food quality after inspection is undeniably horrible. I've been here dozens of times and i appreciate my food being hot. 4 star overall. I would recommend. The Cane sauce is good and the tenders are seasoned to compliment the sauce. You only get one container though and will have to pay for extra.”

“The food at Panera is generally great overall. However the problem with this location is they always seem to be out of things. If you plan on eating here in the morning to mid day you should be fine, but I wouldn't go to this location in the evening. I think they have many of their supplies brought in from other locations, so it makes sense they would run out. I also wouldn't trust the online ordering system to see if they are out of a particular item. Recently it their website showed they were out of every bagel at 7 am. I called the store to see if this was actually the case and was informed they had to refresh their system. Easy enough to do, but if I hadn't called I would have placed an order at another location. If it doesn't appear to make sense they would be out of something, I would call.”

“We were a party of six. The other 5 all enjoyed their meals. Good portions, great taste, reasonable prices. The ladies really enjoyed the berry sangria, one of the best in Louisville. The service was very good. Now on my meal: I had the rib eye ordered med well, with baked potato & creamed spinach. My steak was MW, however barely room temperature. My spinach did not arrive with the meal. When I got the spinach about 3-4 minutes later I told our server that the steak was cold. She took it back after taking another table order. I ate my potato & spinach while waiting for a new steak. Everyone else was about done eating when I got my new steak. It was very hot, but med rare. I ate it anyway, wasn't going to wait any longer. For my meal & service I would have rated a 2 or 3 & everyone else a 5, thus a 4 rating.”

“I ordered ahead because wing street typically has long waits. I got 14 medium bone out wings. They were really good. I was impressed. Its possible it was a fluke, but they were some of the better wings I have had for the past few years. There was the right amount of sauce (covers the wings, but not a flood of sauce in a box). The breading was crunchy, but not enough to scrape your mouth. And it stayed warm til I got home. They were even up front about the price change from $.50 to $.60 (wednesday is wings day). Im pretty pleased with this visit.”
