Food was amazing, service was outstanding! Made our Mothers Day one to remember, thank you!

My wife and I heard about new management and love exploring new restaurants in Louisville. It was a VERY enjoyable dining experience from the food, drink selections, and ambiance. Service was 5 star. Plannijg our next visit, and by the way, I recommend making reservations.

Excellent comfort food and great service. Its pricey, but worth it. We live coming here for birthdays and special occasions. There are always specials apart from the regular menu to choose from at a discounted price. Portions are large and appetizers are enough to share with the table. My only negative observation is that they dont serve sweet tea which is kinda sad because with fried chicken, homestyle green beans, chicken livers and other southern foods, nothing goes better than sweet tea!

My husband and I have been DESPERATE to find a good restaurant for a nice relaxing evening without the kids. We are from the Highlands where there are tons of unique and local restaurants at every corner. When we moved to Prospect that is the one thing we truly missed, a good restaurant in close proximity to our home. J.Harrods is not advertised much that I know of, but I need to highly recommend this restaurant! It was a cozy quaint atmosphere with a menu with lots of selections from salads to fish to pasta to chicken livers! ???? And they are excellent! Thank you J. Harrods for a wonderful meal and a place to go in Prospect!

Service was excellent...cod fillet was warm to cold..hot brown was hot on one side of plate..but..other half was warm to cold.. maybe the problem was.. couple with us had fried chicken.. maybe kitchen needs to take into consideration..prepare dishes according to time it takes others..
