    If i could rate 0, I would! The employee that claimed to be manager in the auntie annes located in the food court wanted to argue, instead of replacing a burnt pretzel and a raw pretzel. It was just ridiculous. Smh they need new management. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. ****About a month later the ACTUAL manager came by our shop and offered about a dozen apology pretzels. We really appreciated the kind gesture.
