    Shanna showed exceptional professionalism and customer service! She corrected an issue that I had at a totally different location with ease and understanding! The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I had to go to a different location to receive adequate customer service. THANK YOU SHANNA! GREAT JOB!!!
