Movie Tavern Brannon Crossing

Love going there to watch the movies I want to see. The reason I only gave 3 stars is because the food is extremely overpriced and tastes awful. My last 2 experiences with pre-ordering the food was a bust. They gave my food to another seat (and the people took it, knowing they didn't order that!) So, I spent 30 minutes trying to find my food. The manager finally hand delivered it to us. However, after all that the food was terrible!! If you're getting popcorn and soda, go for it!! Don't go beyond that!! It's a waste of money!

I've always had a great experience at Movie Tavern in the past, but I feel they went above and beyond with this situation. This last week we went as a family to watch a movie. We ordered food and were about 30 minutes into the movie when a fire alarm went off from a frozen sprinkler line bursting.
They reimbursed everything! The food, drinks, and movie tickets then insisted for us to take 2x the tickets for future free admission. They were so helpful through the entire process and set the highest standard in customer service.

I used to absolutely loved this theater when they had actual wait staff.
Now you order on an app and they bring it to you (except alcohol. You have to go to the lobby and buy separate) kind of an inconvenience compared to how it used to be. Food prices increased dramatically over the past two years.
All that being said it’s still the best, most comfy theater to watch a movie in a 50 mile radius.

We hadn't been to The Movie Tavern since before covid broke out. We finally had the opportunity to go back and took our daughter and her cousin with us. We all enjoyed the movie experience and before that we ordered dinner and they brought it to our seats at the time requested. The food was great!
We all had a great time and look forward to our next visit.

One the best ways in my opinion to watch a movie! Great seating and the foods is delicious! The Movie Tavern has many options to fit your movie watching needs from classics to modern films!
