Skyline Chili

At the gateway of Cincinnati with the view of it's beautiful skyline lies a treasure. Fast food at its finest. I would forgo many a 5-Star restaurant to sink my teeth in to a 3 way cheese Coney... Know what I'm Sayin?

As a Cincinnati staple, it's much the same experience no matter which Skyline you go to. Out-of-towners will be surprised to see Cincinnati chili for the first time, as they may think of it as more of a meat sauce than their traditional idea of chili being a soup.

The location outside looks a bit dicey, and if you go there at certain times, I imagine it may be, but inside it's like going back 20 years and it has a unique down-home charm. The staff is friendly, and the food is about as quick as it can be with the kind of menu Skyline has.

The only thing a bit odd about this location is that the hallway to the bathroom has a bit of an odd shape, as is unfortunately not uncommon in Covington.

A trip to Cincinnati always needs to include Skyline Chili! This little hole in the wall location may not be beautiful, but the service is terrific! Thanks Michelle for taking great care of us!

Loved it! You definitely have to enjoy chili to appreciate this place. I have never had chili over spaghetti before and it was surprisingly good. The waitress was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend.
