Joella's Hot Chicken Crescent Springs

The restaurant looks great- Clean and bright with plenty of seating. The food was good. Disclaimer I am a fan of Hot Chicken Takeover out of columbus OH so I have to compare the two. Our order took a little while to come out and we couldn't figure out why. The place was mostly empty and the food was warm not freshly cooked or anything.One of the orders came out missing a side but the person who delivered the order went above and beyond to fix the issue really quickly.

I will say that this place consecutively hit notes every week. I'm a frequent flyer here and I will say that the food is delicious. The food is consistent as well as the service. Curly headed cashier is always upbeat and is real my personable. Will definitely be back.

Joella's Hot Chicken as it turns out is a really pleasant surprise! It would appear to me that it is an herb seasoned and rubbed treat. I can say safely that it is one of most flavorful chicken meals that I have ever tasted. You can order anything from Honey to fiery hot. The restaurant is rustic and welcoming from the moment that you walk in. They offer decent beers and have multiple TV screens for your sports enjoyment. They do seem a little pricey and I would have given them 5 stars had they been a little more competitive on the pricing. Nevertheless, I will return! As Always, Enjoy!

This was my first time here. The chicken was cooked to perfection. The creamy mac and cheese was not so creamy, it was a little dry. Service was quick. You go to the counter to order then they bring you food to you. Place was clean and inviting.
