Skyline Chili

Never had service this bad at the Independence location. The chili was not hot or warm and the taste was off. Ordered fries and it took the waitress 10 minutes to get ketchup so by then the fries were cold. She only asked one time how everything was and that was when we got our food and asked for ketchup. Also had to order extra cheese because there was barely any and was charged for it. Very disappointed.

Great food. Only problem I have with this skyline is that the always forget the oinions for 4 way take out orders. Other than that this is a great restaurant with very friendly staff and employees.

In my opinion, this is one of the best Skylines in the area. Service is always quick and friendly, even in the drive thru. Food is hot and exactly how one would expect it to be. Came in late one night with a large order for five people, and it was still speedy, along with a note saying that "Independence Skyline appreciates you!"
These five stars are well deserved.

Who doesn't like skyline? Changed it up and got a deluxe burrito with extreme cheese. Amazing. The girls at the Independence location are very nice and friendly. Food comes out quick and they have the best fountain Mt Dew...

Time for a shout out. I had lunch at Skyline in Independence today and I went in figuring it was going to be a rough experience because they were SLAMMED. But that wasn't the case. This was probably my most pleasant experience so far at any Skyline I'vebeen to! The employees were all working hard and doing a great job. And I have to say its probably because of their manager Becky. She was awesome! She was working hard with her employees, making food and giving directions to them the whole time. She did this so professionally and enthusiastically. She was complimenting her employees the whole time (which all mangers should do with their employees), making them laugh, and just offering a good work experience for them. You could tell that they all genuinely enjoyed working for Skyline because of her. I'm so impressed with how my lunch went today. Good job guys!
