Very nice n great food

I love this place

Very long wait time tonight! I went through the drive thru to get my dinner this evening. Only one six inch sub. I was told there were two customers ahead of me inside the store and asked if I could wait for them to be waited on first. I really wanted this sub sandwich, so I said yes. I sat for over 20 minutes while they helped other customers inside the store. I finally made some noise in my car and was heard through their headset, and she came back to me and told me that her other co-worker had taken his break and she was alone inside and there was 3 other customers that she was trying to help besides me. But she was working on my order at the same time. I just want her to know that she is an outstanding employee! As for her co-worker! It may have been your break time, but when you are swamped like that and have a customer who has been waiting in drive thru, you don't take break right then! You wait till you aren't swamped! You put all the work load off on your team mate! Bad form! Step up and take action! Kudos to the female employee at the Barbourville Subway, working evening shift. Way to show initiative!

Best food eat fresh

Awesome experience great customer service and employee let the customers in line know before they got to the front that they were out of the cheese bread which to me is good to know before you get to the front in case that is what you wanted you can think about a different bread while your waiting or just go somewhere else it's good for a heads up though :) I loved it food tasted great ...fresh and awesome
