Employees were kind and helpful. The store was very clean and organized! I truly enjoy shopping at this store!

Hoover is a god sent, my uncle who is disabled was traveling from Illinois to Tennessee to see me and his power assist seat broke, so he can't transfer out of the van to pump gas. I called and told him the scenario and he was more than willing to help. Thank you so much for being a kind human being.

Subway was super great the young man behind the counter took pride in making my sub as if he were making it for himself. Why can't all subways train and insist the same satisfaction instead of trying get you to get double this or double that. If I want double I'd ask for it. I wish I could remember his name but it was 7/18 at apex 2030 hrs. Thanks young man

Clean well maintained. Staff was hardly noticeable.This was one of the better "Pilots". Still a high dollar truck stop that takes advantage of truck drivers by marking their inside sales items up at least double of a normal store. They know a driver has to have a place to park overnight, and get fuel so the word " Convenience"Is well known. McDonald's in the Pilot monopoly, was slow service unmanageable staff, that talked to much amongst themselves, over non-McDonald's issues to serve and prepare food promptly for customers. Being in a truck stop, you would think the management team would monitor and train the staff to be as efficient as possible, considering drivers are on a set schedule.

I'm only giving this three stars because the way the parking lot is set up it's kind of confusing it's it's pretty rough on your suspension of your vehicle. Otherwise, it's a very quick place to get gas a quick bite to eat at the local McDonald's or Subway or if you just need to use the restroom you're guaranteed to get in and out quickly just be careful to watch your fellow travelers because it's a tight quarters parking lot and a lot going on.
